We have all seen the many training programs online and off that promise to show you how to get ripped abs. The reality is no matter how good or bad these programs are there will be people who succeed and people who fail. There are people out there who have a great set of abs from training them every day, and there are those with a flat stomach who have never done a single sit-up in their life. The truth is, ripped abs aren’t only achieved by people who train them every day, you can have a washboard stomach too!
